6 reason Why You should say Yes To The World

6 reasons why you should SAY YES TO THE WORLD

Now a days everyone loves to go outside to see different places either on vacation or for work, but people loves to travel because of easy communication. People love to know different cultures, traditions, food etc. There are several such reason for our travelling or touring. I am sure one does not need a reason to travel but in this age now everyone asks a question why ?  For me the 6 important reason of travelling are as follows.

1. Stress Buster.
First of all, which is the most common reason behind our most of the travelling is because of the stress in our lives. As a corporate employee, for me travelling and touring is the most relaxing and enjoying moment in my life. We know how things are in our job life. Morning to night work, work and only work resulting in stress and more stress which indirectly affect our health. So for me visiting different places is the major stress buster which helps me to keep me healthy. The idea of going on vacation bring a big smile on my face.

2. Quality time with family
Second reason is those who makes our life beautiful.........F A M I L Y.......Our family means our spouse, our parents and our lovely sweet kids. They are mostly the reason for  whom we plan most of our vacations. Going on vacation with our family is the best thing in my life. To see our family happy is what everyone wants. Kids nowadays loves to go and visit far places (i.e. foreign countries) as its also a way of learning for them.

3. Chilling Out and connecting with Friends
Third reason is our friends. Travelling with friends is fun. We really enjoy the company of our friends. Friends are the second closest person to us after our family. Travelling and touring with friends makes our tour more enjoyable.

4. Work & Pleasure
Then comes our official visit. We also travel to different countries for our office related work or training. Official tour are the not for enjoyment but then again its a way to atleast enhance our performance. It helps us to know about different avenues and also provide scope for us to grow.

5. To explore culture & tradition of others
Visiting different countries helps us to learn about different cultures and traditions. It also helps to make new friends. Would not it be fun to see how a Japanese celebrate there various traditions just like a animation film from Japan with beautiful scene straight out of the postcard.

6. Shopping & Food
The most important reason for ladies is a lot of shopping. Who does not know Dubai & Singapore for the superb shopping destinations.Would not it be wonderful to explore various places about what the offer to the shopper in you. If for women its shopping for men the similar level of excitement would be food. There would be hardly any place in the world without a Food Street and some street food culture. Let the foodie in you explore every dining opportunity the world gives you.

So whatever the reason may be Just start packing your bag and Say Yes to the World. and Start Exploration of this beautiful world as they sa, One life is not enough.....
Just watch the wonderful concept by Lufthansa which urges us to Say Yes to the World

CuttingPaani for a better future.

One of the things which we were told that Air and Water is free. These two things are in abundance given by nature and will be free for life.

So when during the liberalization we heard that water is being sold in bottle we could not believe it. Being form a small town where water bill was monthly eleven rupees ( Yes eleven rupees) an one litre water bottle which costs Rs. 10 was a no brainer. We thought who the hell in this world buys an water bottle for rupees ten. If one is that thirsty he/she should drink a numbu paani/ gnaa juice/ or may be cold drinks but why the hell one needs to buy water bottle by paying rupees ten ?

But when we went to big cities for examination entrance we were proved wrong. water was a rare commodity. It was no more free, unless we eat at a hotel the hotel wont give it free. or else you have to buy by paying Rupees 10.  With time we started to buy that mineral water while travelling. Water was no more free to us. With diseases we had to use candle filters in home but it was not enough in the long run to clean water which has been contaminated in ways non imaginable to us.

Recently for quality water we have migrated to smart water purifier at home, now we are getting good quality water at home. So should we assume that everything is fine ? We have smart purifier which can purify our water and keep us safe  from various diseases.

But what if there is limited water supply, Most of the people who stay in big cities are facing this, they have water cutting in summer. Limited water supply during other times. So how we can contribute ? sometimes a small step by us will become a big movement. A sms or a missed call by us has created a big movement for various initiatives.

#CuttingPaani is an Initiative by Livpure to save water, where Livpure the leading water purifier brand appeals to people to take a glass half full, if there is more requirement one can take water as per his/her thirst. But first glass should be cutting to stop wastage of water.

There are three videos which educates us to stop wastage of water at restaurants, offices and our home. do look at them and try to follow.

Say yes to #CuttingPaani at office

Say yes to #CuttingPaani at restaurants.

Say yes to #CuttingPaani at home

I have signed the petition to save water by #CuttingPaani Please sign the Petition at https://www.change.org/p/cuttingpaani

Indian Telco Twitter Followers. Fake or Real analysis.

Now there are big claims everywhere. And social media is not an exception. When there is ego clash among friends to showcase who has more followers or his/her photo got more likes how can brand be an exception. After reading an article about fake followers of different politicians, I thought of a similar analysis of telcos. Telcos now a days fighting a cutthroat war in order to woo the customer. The same in the sphere of social media too. I did a twitter followers audit for 6 Telcos of India.
They are
Vodafone India -
Idea Cellular -
Reliance Jio -
BSNL -
Airtel -
MTNL -
4 of them are big private telecom companies. And rest two BSNL and MTNL are Government operators. One of the operator has 94% genuine followers and another operator has  84% fake followers. Any guesses ? Let the data reveal the secret.

Vodafone India has a score of 40%. That means forty percent of the followers are genuine. Rest sixty percent are fake followers acquired through buying bot accounts or website selling followers.

Idea who is merging with Vodafone has a score of 61%. So it's just the opposite of Vodafone. It has roughly 60 genuine followers for every 40 fake followers.

Now comes the turn of Reliance Jio whom ether big three telcos are accusing of having unfair means. Let us check the allegations. It has a score of 85%. That means it has 85 genuine followers for every fifteen fake followers.

Now let us check government operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, BSNL. It has a whopping score of 91%. It means it has 91 genuine followers for every 9 fake followers.

After checking one government operator let us check countries biggest Telco and the most vocal. It has a score of 16% .waittt what...... Yes you read it correctly. Only 16% followers of Airtel are genuine rest 84% are fake followers bought from different websites and bots. (Just think about the claim India's fastest 4G. Best smartphone network, and numerous other claims)

Let us check the other Government operator, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited ( MTNL). Surprisingly it has 94% genuine followers and only six percent followers are fake.

So what makes these operator to resort to unfair means to increase followers in social media. Is there a need to increase followers ? Is it to create an impression that they are number 1. Hopefully the analysis will force these operator to rectify their mistakes. And big kudos to MTNL, BSNL & Jio for playing the game fairly. Albeit their followers are less but it was acquired through honest means rather than buying likes and followers like Big 3 Telco of India.
This analysis is just an twitter follower audit for these telcos.

Goibibo Ad Featuring Deepika Padukone as Traffic Inspector

Goibibo has started promoting its referral scheme heavily in different media

In one of its campaign it has featured its brand ambassador Deepika Padukone as Traffic inspector

The concept of the campaign is  Traffic inspector (Deepika padukone) has caught three guys who have  broke the signal and asks them to pay fine. They plead it was a mistake and going for a vacation. And inspector asks they have money for vacation but not to pay fines. In reply the guys told they have booked the tickets from goibibo and how they got the referral bonus as well as go contacts bonus of Rs. 50 by syncing contacts. In the end Deepika ask them to sync their contact instead of paying the fine.

Previously there was clearer ad of showcasing the referral bonus and contact sync. This ad seems a little tapori  and do not capture the audience attention. I personally was surprised to see Deepika in this avataar. I would have preferred a simple yet classy Deepika to this rowdy kind of inspector for Go cash and referral benefit message. Some of the creative expressions looked a little cheap. I doubt any real traffic inspector does that !!! Like she eating banana, using a chair in the middle of the road etc.

I guess Goibibo team can make  a better ad than this one which looks cheap.

Watch the ad in youtube.

Some of the comments were testifying the same fact in youtube
1. Deepika please next time never be a police girl it looks like comedi
2. Rani Sa Now Constable Sa. xD
3. Bad commercial the behaviour shown of traffic police makes impact on people, even if traffic police behaving rude in the real life the commercial should not show them as they are in real life .
4. Deepika looks horrible
5. Depeeka looks horrible. She doesn't suit in this role there is no combination between her face n height face is too small..
6. Bad commercial. Negative impact on the traffic police. This is not the way

Current Telecom Scenario & Save Rcom employees An Social Media Appeal.

So after the onset of Jio and its aggressive offer, consumers are very happy with all the free data free calls. But one class is in deep trouble that is competition.

Bigger and financially strong competition with strong FII backing and with MNC funding Airtel  Vodafone and Idea are withstanding the onslaught and matching tariff in bits and corners.

Government operator BSNL and MTNL are in loss and somehow there in the fray. Amongst them MTNLs condition is worse. Its losses are mounting, revenues stagnant. BSNL on the other hand with its vast and remote presence adding marginal revenues.

But other telcos like Reliance Communication, Aircel, Tata Docomo are in deep trouble, they are on the verge of closure of their consumer mobile business which will result in two things
1- Consumers,
2. Employees

1. Customers- In India there is Mobile Number Portability Now hence consumers will retain their existing number and will migrate to any of these players. like Jio, BSNL/MTNL, Airtel etc. But Customers will prefer BSNL/MTNL as its an government service provider and more chance of stability.

2. Employees- Employees of these telcos are on the verge of losing their jobs, they are trying to gather support from all the corner possible to hear their plea. In Twitter and facebook  a lot of tweets and posts are being posted by 5000 employees who were asked to resign by 30 Novemebr 2017. They are asked to give personal reason for resignation with just one months salary as compensation.

I have tried to compile some of these tweets and posts without showing their twitter handle or post. Have a look and do your bit for friends who are losing their jobs and not getting proper compensation.

Sample this tweet

What you all expect as an employee on festival season ??? Gift Bonus Increment Promotion OR Resignation???????
______________________________________________________________________________

Whole family is dependant on us
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What about our families..Who 100% depended on us
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We need ur support about shut down of reliance, its the question about life of 5000 reliance employees

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Most tweets and posts were about its not about losing a job, its the family who are in trouble because the whole family depends on the persons salary for education, food, EMI for home vehicle etc.

Also Lot of tweets and posts were there for media, politicians, industrialists, actors but no one responded to those requests in their social media channels. see some sample tweets

Replying to

But none of them bothered to reply to the plight of these 5000 rcom employees.

This image of a young children of an Reliance Communication employee says it all. This is an appeal to Prime Minister to look into the matter and request to give proper compensation to hard working employees of R Com.

I hope and pray some logical action and decision will be taken by government in this regard and help the 5000 employees of RCOM who are being forced to resign.
